SealsDonna Nook, Lincolnshire
Around now – late November to early December

Red DeerBradgate park, Near Leicester
There all year round but go at start of October before dawn to see them rutting

Red KitesGigrin Farm, Rhayader or Didcot, All in Wales

Red Grouse – Derwent Edge, Derbyshire (The Peaks)

Knot & other birds – Snettisham, Norfolk
Work out when there will be the highest tides (apparently some are higher than the others, when the moon and sun are both contributing to the net pull or something) which occur about once monthly, mostly in the spring/autumn. Also make sure that this high tide coincides with daylight, obivously.
